Balance

When we think of balance we usually are referring to physical balance such as standing on one leg.  I am going to address emotional and internal balance, being centered and grounded.  There is also balance in your fitness program using high intensity training combined with active recovery. This is how we train at Supreme Ultimate Fitness.

Some tips are:

  • Leave some uncommitted time in your schedule to do nothing
  • Do not overtrain with high intensity workouts every day
  • Learn how to back off from trying so hard to achieve a goal
  • Allow things to happen and get into the flow
