Taking New Clients

I am now taking new personal training clients again. After spending the past 9 month getting my food business Dale’s Raw Foods up and running, I am now able to free up more time for personal training and kettlebell clients at Supreme Ultimate Fitness.
I will have immediate sessions available early morning and evening and later in the spring other times during the day
Please contact me to get started if you meet the following criteria:
- You can commit to 2-3 times a week
- You have long term goals that I can help you achieve
- You are in good health with no injuries or serious medical conditions
