Kettlebell Instruction is offered for everyone from beginner who has never used a kettlebell before to those seeking to get your RKC kettlebell instructor certification. Instruction is done very much like a martial art lesson (learning and practicing the skills and then how to apply them). Kettlebell Training can change your life, mind, and body. The training can help you lose fat, build muscle, increase power, and mobility.
