Kettlebell Basics Workshops
This is your chance to learn from Dale Buchanan, RKC Certified Kettlebell Trainer and owner of Supreme Ultimate Fitness how to use and perform basic kettlebell exercises and movement patterns.
This Workshop will cover
- Basic principles and safety of kettlebell lifting
- Demonstration, basic instruction, and practice of the basic movements
- Basic movements taught are: swing (and variations), Goblet Squat, Turkish Get Up, Overhead Press
- How to fit kettlebell training into your fitness program in just 20 min 3x/wk

This course is MANDATORY prerequisite for Private Kettlebell Lessons, Personal Training, or Kettlebell Classes. Plus if you decide to sign up for classes or additional training, your $50 workshop fee will be applied to the cost.
The next Kettlebell Basics Workshops are:
- Sept 11 from 10am-1pm
- Oct 16 from 10am-1pm
- Nov 13 from 10am-1pm
- Dec 11 from 10am-1pm
The fee for each workshop is $50. Registration is done through our Meetup Page.
