Group Classes

This is not a your typical workout!

The Supreme Ultimate Fitness Class is like nothing ever offered before. Kettlebell Training is an instruction and practice. It is “High Intensity Training Combining with Active Recovery of T’ai Chi Chih”

Each class is 60 minutes and will include:

  • Hardstyle Kettlebell Training – RKC system
  • TRX Suspension Training
  • Body Weight Training
  • T’ai Chi Chih – a Qi Gong non martial art form of T’ai Chi at the end of class

I have used this fitness system on my own for years.  Supreme Ultimate Fitness means Yin-Yang fitness, or balanced fitness.

You will not be throwing around weights for the purpose of sweating and burning calories, however I can assure you that you will get the best and most unique workout you have ever experienced. In a kettlebell segment of the class you will get very detailed and thorough instruction on how to practice the movements safely and effectively and from that it will be not only an external, but also an internal workout as well.

Kettlebell Instruction are offered for everyone from beginner who has never used a kettlebell before to those seeking to get your kettlebell instructor certification. The goal of proper kettlebell instruction is learning “MOVEMENT” first and then adding the kettlebell as the tool to help you move better, become stronger, lose body fat, and reach your fitness goals.
