Kettlebell instruction is offered for everyone from beginner who has never used a kettlebell before to those seeking to get your HKC or RKC instructor certification. The goal of proper kettlebell instruction is learning “MOVEMENT” first and then adding the kettlebell as the tool to help you move better, become stronger, lose body fat, and reach your fitness goals

The best place to begin is our Kettlebell Basics Workshop held every other Saturday from 10am-1pm. Here you will learn the 6 basic kettlebell exercises: Swing, Turkish Get Up, Squat, Clean, Press, and the Snatch. This workshop is mandatory for anybody wanting to  begin the Kettlebell Bootcamps,  Kettlebell Express, or Kettlebell Strength Classes.

The next Kettlebell Basics Workshop is March 13, 2010.   You can find more information on how to register from our meetup page. Cost for this workshop is $50 and space is limited to 10 people. Classes fill up fast.

Mon, Wed, Fri - 5:30-6:00pm
BEGINNER KETTLEBELL CLASS
Tuesday and Thursday - 6:15-7:00pm
ADVANCED KETTLEBELL CLASS:
Mon, Wed, and Fri - 6:15 - 7:00pm
