Everyone one else has mentioned what a great Kettlebell instructor Dale is…his experience, passion and how great his classes are. I agree with all that and want to add that Dale has true integrity which in my book is just as important in an instructor as his training. His goal in training you is to always do what’s best for YOU, not what’s best for his business. He listens to his students’ individual needs and plans classes accordingly. As an instructor he never comes across as a “know it all” or a “do it my way or it’s the highway” type of teacher. He is honest that he himself is still learning new things and joyfully passes on this new knowledge and training to his students.

I came to Dale with a specific issue I was dealing with. While other trainers in the past made promises, they were never as passionate and dedicated as Dale is. Outside of the gym Dale constantly checks up with me, makes sure I am on the right path and always encourages me. To be brief, learning kettlebells on your own is very difficult. To get in shape on a busy a busy schedule kettlebells are the way to go. The time spent with Dales instruction, could take years to learn from a book. If in Florida it’s well worth the effort to take a lesson and meet dale.

The kettlebell basics workshop was excellent. Dale offers a great class where you can learn how to safely use kettlebells. He teachers you the proper technique and form for kettlebell swings and squats. Dale also takes his students through a couple of workouts which demonstrate just how powerful kettlebells are as a total body exercise. I recommend this class to anyone new or just beginning with kettlebells.
