Q: What is Supreme Ultimate Fitness?
Supreme Ultimate Fitness is a wellness program created by Dale Buchanan to bring health, strength, and balance in peoples lives. The words Supreme Ultimate mean T’ai Chi, or Yin Yang; therefore you get “Balanced Fitness”. This system has been created using methods and principles taken from martial arts, t’ai chi, exercise therapy, Russian Kettlebell Training, and personal training.   We use High Intensity Training methods plus Active Recovery.

Q: What is RKC?
RKC is the Russian Kettlebell Challenge. RKC kettlebell instructors have undergone the world’s most rigorous of kettlebell instructor certification courses and are fully qualified to help you meet and surpass your goals, be they fat loss, strength and power development or athletic success.  The RKC Instructor has demonstrated a high proficiency in the most essential kettlebell drills and shown an ability to effectively teach kettlebell use to others.

Q: How is this program different from others?
It’s not just a workout! Supreme Ultimate Fitness classes and private sessions are a practice.  You get on-going instruction on the basic lifts and exercises of Russian Kettlebell Training and other high intensity methods to form a practice in which you will get a unique and intense workout.  There is deep meaning behind everything that you do here, not just to work up a sweat.  We go inside first, then work the exterior.

Q: Do you teach classes?
Yes – I teach classes and offer 1-1 training. Classes are small and no more than 8 people.  Each training session is customized around your goals and abilities.

Q: Cant I get this workout at my gym?
It is highly unlikely. Most gyms do not supply the tools and level of instruction you will find here. While there are some great trainers and group exercise instructors at your gym, there is not going to be a specialized fitness system like this with the combination of high intensity training and Active Recovery. Plus, this is not a group exercise class, it’s an instruction, a practice, and then a workout.
