Kettlebell Basics Workshop
This is your chance to learn from Dale Buchanan, RKC Certified Kettlebell Trainer and owner of Supreme Ultimate Fitness.
This Workshop will cover
- Basic principles and safety of kettlebell lifting
- Demonstration, basic instruction, and practice of the basic movements
- Basic movements taught are: swing (and variations), Goblet Squat, clean and press, snatch, and the Turkish Get Up
- How to fit kettlebell training into your fitness program in just 20 min 3x/wk

Level 2 Kettlebell workshop
This workshop is for those who have taken Dales Kettlebell Basics Workshop at least 2 times, and/or training with Dale for private lessons, and have a firm understanding of the 6 basic movements. Each student MUST know how to do the swing, snatch, clean and press, Get Up, and squat.
In this workshop you will learn:
- Double Kettlebell Exercises – dead lifts, swings, clean, press, snatch, and squat
- Windmill, bottoms up press, renegade row, and pistol
- Thorough review of 6 basic exercises
