Kettlebell Basics Workshop
This is your chance to learn from Dale Buchanan, Certified Kettlebell Trainer and owner of Supreme Ultimate Fitness.
This Workshop will cover
- Basic principles of kettlebell lifting
- Demonstration, basic instruction, and practice of the swing, clean, press, squat, snatch, and Turkish Get Up
- How to fit kettlebell training into your fitness program in just 20 min 3x/wk

This course is MANDATORY prerequisite for all classes offered; Kettlebell Express, Beginner Kettlebell, Advanced Kettlebell, and Kettlebell Bootcamp
