This is your chance to learn from Dale Buchanan, Certified Kettlebell Trainer and owner of Supreme Ultimate Fitness.

This Workshop will cover

  • Basic principles of kettlebell lifting
  • Demonstration, basic instruction, and practice of the swing, clean, press, squat, snatch, and Turkish Get Up
  • How to fit kettlebell training into your fitness program in just 20 min 3x/wk
